Governance Over Politics
HOA service should never be about personalities, alliances, or old divisions. It should be about good governance, accurate information, and sound financial decisions made in the best interest of the entire community.
Like any community, we don’t all agree on every issue. That’s healthy. What matters is how decisions are made, whether the full set of facts is considered, and whether leaders are willing to listen, learn, and adjust when new information is presented.
Why I Got Involved
I got involved after noticing our reserve balances declining faster than expected, which raised serious questions about how maintenance work and long-term costs were being managed. As a construction business owner, I reviewed areas within my expertise and identified issues that warranted closer examination, including safety concerns, billing inconsistencies, and process gaps.
That experience led me to learn more about how decisions are made and whether they follow our governing documents. I believe our community works best when information is clear, questions are welcomed, and those making decisions are willing to explain their reasoning and stand behind the results.
I think independently, support principles—not personalities—and align with others only when our values match. My focus is protecting the long-term interests of our community.
That is why I am running.
My Approach
I believe effective Board members should:
-
Seek complete and accurate information, not partial narratives
-
Ask questions and understand long-term financial impacts
-
Respect differing viewpoints while staying focused on outcomes
-
Communicate clearly and directly with homeowners
I am not running to advance a personality or an agenda. I am running to do the work, review documents, understand costs, ask hard questions, and help guide decisions that protect our community now and into the future.
About What You May Be Hearing
During elections, it’s not uncommon for information to circulate that is incomplete, misunderstood, or shaped by long-standing disagreements. Some statements being shared reflect partial truths without full context, often due to assumptions rather than a willingness to review the complete facts.
Rather than respond with accusations or counter-attacks, I believe the responsible approach is to make verifiable information available and remain open to conversation.
That is why this website exists.
Judge Me by the Work and the Facts
I encourage homeowners to base their vote on:
-
Documented actions and service
-
Understanding of governance and fiduciary responsibility
-
Willingness to engage respectfully and transparently
-
Commitment to long-term financial stability
Not on rumors, alignments, or campaign noise.
